ISSA Bodybuilding Specialist

Serious bodybuilders are part athlete, part scientist, and part artist. As an ISSA student working towards my certification in this area, I can provide training, recovery, motivational, and nutritional strategies to help you achieve maximal muscle growth and optimize physical appearance.
Skull Krushers Wrestling School
Graduate of Skull Krusher's Wrestling School. Trained by Exotic Adrian Street in Gulf Breeze, Florida. The business of wrestling involves not only being on the road every weekend but also being stuck eating convenient food along with sleeping in hotels or your car. Part of being able to build a structured program both for exercise and nutrition you need to have a good understanding of the lifestyle a wrestler will live. As a retired independent wrestler, I have a key understanding of the programs that need to be implemented for success both at home and on the road.
