ABOUT: My name is Thomas Lassor. I've spent the last 23 years involved in the sport of bodybuilding along with professional wrestling. During this period, I learned the training principles needed to increase limited Strength along with the multiple programs needed to induce muscle hypertrophy. My desire to learn as much as I could led me to study as many books as possible. This path sent me on a journey to get certified through the International Sports Science Association (ISSA) as a personal trainer, specializing in bodybuilding, sports nutrition, and online coaching. My main focus has always been on bodybuilding, along with athletic sport-specific training. Each sport requires a different approach to the training regimen implemented. A great-designed training program should start with a basic understanding of training, rest, and recovery. It will focus on the foundation for success. My love for the sports of bodybuilding and wrestling started as a young child. I desired to achieve the physique of Arnold Schwarzenegger, Hulk Hogan, Ultimate Warrior, and Lee Haney. But let's face the fact these guys are in a league of their own. So, I decided to build the best physique I could. I have been in and out of the gym for many years due to the many challenges we face today. Bodybuilding can be adjusted to fit into the lifestyle of the regular gym enthusiast and the hard-core bodybuilder. It is my job to understand your starting point. Build your workout program and stick to the seven "Grand Daddy Laws" of training. These seven laws consist of (1) The Principle of Individual Differences, (2) the Overcompensation Principle, (3) the Overload Principle, (4) the SAID Principle, (5) the Use/Disuse Principle, (6) the Specificity Principle and (7) GAS Principle. As a coach, it's my job to put you on the right program for continued success. A great coach should understand the fundamentals of training with the knowledge of multiple approaches and can adjust each program to fit the client's needs. I strive to be able to take what I've learned to help people achieve their best shape possible. I've learned time-tested training principles with scientific methods to maximize the results one can achieve with proper training & nutrition. I believe in the many possibilities that fitness & nutrition can have on a person's overall mental and physical health. Thank you, please feel free to contact me so I can discuss what I can do to help you.
